Interview preparation is an easy subject to write badly. Most of what circulates is a list of questions with a model answer attached and no indication of what the interviewer is testing, so a candidate memorises the words and falls over on the first probe. Every question in the bank is written the other way round: the point being tested first, then an answer that survives being pushed on, and a note where practice genuinely differs between funds rather than a single confident version of a contested number.
