Terms of Service

1. Service Description

We provide an online interview preparation platform for finance professionals. The service includes practice questions, progress tracking, gamification features (XP, streaks, badges), and personalized learning across multiple tracks including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, and more.

The platform offers a free tier with limited questions per track and paid subscription plans for full access.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Our service does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment. The platform provides practice questions and learning materials based on common interview topics. You are solely responsible for your interview preparation and career decisions. Success in interviews depends on many factors beyond our control.

3. Payment & Pricing

We offer two subscription plans:

• Single Track Access: €20/month (including 19% VAT) — Full access to one track of your choice
• All Tracks Access: €30/month (including 19% VAT) — Full access to all available tracks

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. Digital Delivery & Withdrawal Right

Access to premium content is delivered immediately after payment as digital content.

If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund where appropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of employment opportunities, loss of income, or any other economic loss.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You will not share your account with others
• You will not attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute our content
• You will not use automated tools to access our service without permission
• You are responsible for your own interview preparation and career decisions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including questions, explanations, articles, and learning materials, is owned by or licensed to HAREMO IT Solutions GmbH. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own interview preparation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Data Processing & Cookies

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We use cookies for site functionality and analytics as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

9. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these terms, including but not limited to: sharing accounts, attempting to circumvent payment, or abusing the platform. We will provide reasonable notice where feasible.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. For business customers, the exclusive jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany. Consumer protection rights under your local law remain unaffected.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not required or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase or subscription renewal applies to that transaction. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
